Roll Call Update

I will try to post updates here from the floor of the House to keep everyone informed on some of the more important bills coming up for a vote in the future. Here’s a quick rundown of some recent floor votes.

HB89: An act requiring the attorney general to join the lawsuit challenging the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. OTP 267*-103

HB125: An act relative to lawful commerce in firearms, including manufacture and sale, in New Hampshire. OTP 240*-120

HB474: An act relative to freedom of choice on whether to join a labor union and eliminating the duty of a public employee labor organization to represent employees who elect not to join or to pay dues or fees to the employee organization. OTPA 221*-131

HB166: An act reducing the rate of the meals and rooms tax. OTP 277*-82 (t)

HB37: An act reestablishing the initial monthly gross charge exemption to the communications services tax. OTP 277*-82 (t*)

HB113: An act prohibiting the use of state funds for New Hampshire public television. OTPA 263-102*

SB1: An act eliminating the automatic continuation requirement for public employee collective bargaining agreements. OTP 282*-70
