Be Careful What You Ask For

I voted with the majority on Wednesday to ITL (Inexpedient to Legislate) this resolution.

HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION 1

A RESOLUTION urging the congressional delegation to begin the process for a constitutional amendment establishing that human beings, not corporations, are entitled to constitutional rights.

The resolution’s supporters were worried about corporations being allowed to “anonymously” support political candidates and agendas. You know, the way they do it on the editorial pages of the New York Times (Corporation).
